I'm Dave Malin - a healthcare strategist, entrepreneur, and collaborator based in Louisville, Kentucky. For 20+ years I've worked at the intersection of complex systems and real-world results, leading partnerships, building programs, and helping organizations operate smarter. Today I split my time between advisory work, active ventures, and finding the right people to build something new with.

My professional roots are deep in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid - at Humana, where I spent nearly a decade building and scaling national programs, and at Tivity Health/SilverSneakers, where I led an $80M portfolio of health plan partnerships and guided 40+ plans through adoption, growth, and operational improvement. I've designed programs that generated $200M+ in impact, reduced cost of care by 16%, and built teams from the ground up. I know how payers think, how vendors operate, and how to make both sides of that relationship work.

I'm also a builder. I run Techwitpro, a global design and digital studio. I'm launching Braive, an AI voice agent platform for local service businesses. And I operate CraftForest, a digital asset marketplace. These aren't hobbies - they're how I stay sharp, stay curious, and stay connected to what's actually working in the market right now.
